Appointment Policies
24-Hour Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your Pleroma Plunge session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by emailing Epinoia.Life@Proton.me. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may incur a fee. Rescheduling is always preferred.
Age Requirement
All participants must be at least 18 years old to engage in a Pleroma Plunge session. This policy is strictly enforced.
Psychiatric Conditions
Participants receiving medical treatment for psychiatric conditions that may affect their decision-making should consult with Rebecca to determine the suitability of the Pleroma Plunge.
Right to Terminate
Rebecca reserves the right to terminate the session at any time if the Pleroma Plunge is not progressing effectively, if the participant is not engaging constructively, or if aggressive or confrontational behavior is exhibited. In such cases, no fee will be refunded.

Payment and Refunds
Payment is typically non-refundable, though sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. If Rebecca cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative time slot or full refund will be offered.
